We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and selected European countries.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Handmade pipe cleaner flower items may require additional preparation time depending on the design and order volume.

Estimated Delivery Time

United States: 2–3 weeks
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and selected European countries: 3–4 weeks

During holidays or peak seasons, delivery may take longer than usual.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on orders over $89.

For orders under $89:
United States: $8.90 flat rate shipping
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and selected European countries: $15 flat rate shipping

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 30 minutes after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
