Our Commitment to Quality

Every stem at Bloom Poem is carefully inspected before shipping. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bloompoemcs@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer either a full replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping is not required for damaged or defective items.

All Other Returns

Due to the nature of our products — decorative botanical stems that are inspected and packaged individually — we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect color perception, or sizing expectations that differ from the measurements listed in the product description.

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Review all product dimensions carefully before purchasing
  • Check our color descriptions — slight variations may occur between screen displays and physical products
  • Reach out to us before purchasing at bloompoemcs@gmail.com — we're happy to help

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items showing signs of use, bending, or modification
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Bundle sets where individual stems have been separated and used

EU & Australian Customers

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective items.
  • Only eligible items can be returned (check product page for details).
  • Returns must be shipped back by the customer, with a printed return form included in the package.
  • Email us first to get return authorization and the correct return address.
  • A €10 restocking fee applies per return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for eligible items only.
  • Email us first to confirm stock and get exchange instructions.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Shipping cost for exchanges may be borne by the customer.

3. Important Notes

  • Please request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests without prior email confirmation cannot be processed.
  • Use a trackable shipping method to return items.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
